If you'd like to cancel your subscription with MAP Authority, please send an email to info@mapauthority.com. If you're on a monthly payment plan and cancel, you'll have access to MAP Authority for the remainder of the current billing cycle. If you're on an annual payment plan, we'll refund you for the remaining months on your billing cycle, minus the annual pricing discount for the months you've already used.
Depending on the payment plan you select, subscription payments are made monthly or annually. If you choose monthly billing, your credit card will be billed every month on the date you signed up. If you choose annual billing, your card will be billed every year on the date you signed up.
In short, our MAP enforcement software is in line with the rest of the market, but we believe we provide more value for your dollar. Our patent pending software is truly the only tool on the market that locks your MAP price. Other tools will send you a violation notification telling you to contact the retailer to fix the issue. If you've ever tried hunting down a retailer and getting them to switch their price, you know how time consuming it can be. Our software never allows a retailer to advertise below your MAP in the first place. Your time has to be worth something, right? That's why we believe our software provides a better value at the same price point as the competition.
After a brand goes through our identity verification process, a secure electronic payment link is sent. Depending on the payment plan you select, recurring payments can be set up for monthly or annual billing. We use a secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
There is no long term commitment with our product. We offer monthly billing with the option to cancel at any time. If you're interested in an annual plan, you'll receive a 20% discount on pricing.
Yes. We value partners that have included MAP Authority into their annual plan. A 20% discount is given on all subscriptions that are paid annually. Check out our pricing page for more details.
Yes, we'll refund you the remaining months, minus the discount you received on the months you've already used in the annual subscription.
