Can retailers opt-out of participation at any time?

We understand the dynamics of business are constantly changing. Partnerships start, stop, and take breaks from time to time. Retailers are not required to stay enrolled in MAP Authority unless otherwise stated in the agreement held with their brand. MAP Authority is a contract facilitating service and does not create any legally binding contract between brands and retailers. With that being said, a brand will be immediately notified anytime a retailer has stopped using MAP Authority.
