When creating a new MAP agreement you have the option to schedule the start of your agreement for a future date. If the enforcement scheduling feature is used, your agreement will begin enforcing prices at 12:00 AM EST. If you did not create an agreement with a future enforcement date, enforcement begins as soon as you click the "Enforce Now" button on the agreement page.
