Account set up is a quick process. Retailer set up is automated and can be by done following the prompts in the invitation received from a brand. Brand set up requires identity verification so that we can confirm the user is in fact the brand owner. Identity verification can typically be done over the phone and email and takes less than an hour. Once setup is complete, MAP Authority performs an initial catalog sync that takes up to 15 minutes before agreements can be created.
